Our service. The Curated Girl™ designs personalized, made-to-order gift experiences. You tell us about the recipient; our curators select every item, the packaging, and the presentation. Contents are chosen at our discretion, and we may substitute items of equal or greater value.
Payment and Reservation Deposit. Submitting a request on this site is not a purchase and involves no payment. After your curator confirms the details, we send a private, secure invoice. Thoughtful Edits are paid in full. The Signature Edit, The Exceptional Edit, custom curations, and corporate orders require a Reservation Deposit of 50% of the total to begin, with the balance due before shipping. We begin sourcing, assembling, and reserving your gift only after payment is received. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, and we do not store your full card details.
Non-refundable. Because every gift is personally curated and made to order for one recipient, all deposits and payments are non-refundable, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you have a concern about your order, please write to us and we will review it with care.
Dates and delivery. A requested date is a preference and not a guarantee. Delivery times depend on carriers and are outside our control. Please provide an accurate delivery address.
Your note. You are responsible for the message you submit and confirm it is lawful and not abusive. We may decline or edit for printing any note we consider inappropriate. You keep ownership of your words and grant us permission to print them in the recipient’s gift.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Curated Girl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
Changes and governing law. We may update these terms at any time; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Curated Girl operates.
What we collect. The details you submit: your name and email, the recipient’s first name and profession, occasion, interests, style, your note, and any requested date. By submitting details about another person, you confirm you may share them with us.
How we use it. To curate and fulfill her gift, to reply to you, and to improve our service. We never sell your personal information.
Sharing. We share only what is needed with trusted partners who help us fulfill orders, such as shipping and payment providers. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How requests reach us. Requests are sent through your own email application, so please avoid including sensitive details such as financial or health information. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.
Payments. Invoices are paid through a third-party payment processor, which collects and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We do not store full card numbers.
Your choices. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information at any time. We keep information only as long as needed for orders, legal, and accounting purposes. This site is not directed to children under 13.

Beautifully Given.™” and “Curated by Design™,” collection names such as The Art of Her Authority™, our curation method, packaging designs, text, photography, and layout, is the property of The Curated Girl and protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. These marks are claimed as trademarks and may not be copied, imitated, or used in any way without our prior written permission. Nothing here grants you any license or right to use them. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Made to order. Every gift is personally curated and assembled after your request is confirmed and payment is received. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for curation and packing before your gift ships. Rush requests are welcome, so tell us your date and we will confirm what is possible.
Shipping rates. The Signature Edit and The Exceptional Edit include complimentary standard shipping within the continental United States. The Thoughtful Edit ships for a flat rate of $15. Expedited delivery, Alaska, Hawaii, and other destinations are quoted individually, and your shipping cost is confirmed on your invoice. Any remaining balance must be paid before your gift ships. Corporate and multi-recipient orders are quoted by volume.
Delivery times. Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers. A requested date is a preference and not a guarantee, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. For time-sensitive gifts, please order early, especially during holiday periods.
Gifts sent directly to her. We ship to the recipient at no extra charge. Pricing and receipts are never included in the box, and your personal note and Curator’s Note are placed inside.
Address accuracy. Please provide a complete, accurate street address. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. We are not responsible for gifts delayed or lost because of an incorrect address, and re-shipping costs are the sender’s responsibility.
Signature and care. The Exceptional Edit may require a signature on delivery. Please let the recipient know a gift is coming so it is received promptly.
Damaged or missing gifts. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thecuratedgirl.live with your order details and photos, and we will review your concern with care. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all payments are non-refundable.
